if your slp is busy do you reach out as normal with the understanding that they might not reply right away or let them take the lead and wait until they're around

the latter personally if they took the time to tell me they're busy i don't want to bother them

i comment a few times for if things but i always communicate when they tell me they're busy to never worry about replying back quickly
