i needed them for around a year and i swear it was the best thing i ever did for my teeth, my teeth weren't excessively bad or anything but i'd never had braces as a child and they were starting to move etc so it was time, you definitely won't regret it either anon and i promise you'll probably end up forgetting they're on you in a month or two
