my sister was a teen mom and she struggles with the balance of being a friend to her daughter and being a mom so i'm curious what do you guys feel a reasonable repercussion would be for bringing 2 random boys over and sleeping with them then leaving your brother home alone while you're out til 3 am when you were paid to babysit would be cause our mother would've put us in a box and sent us up the river after a violent beating and OBVIOUSLY she isn't that kind of parent but like that's punishable right?

i had an anxiety attack this past weekend because of the bad place so that was fun

my director and the co-owner of the company i work for sent me a transphobic joke via email and i am so disgusted i'm physically shaking and want to be sick. i'm glad i work from home so i can cry privately but i am also scared because i replied and told him that isn't acceptable and those jokes are harmful, i also sent him our company's equality & diversity policy (that i wrote 4 years ago). i don't want to lose my job or have things be awkward but i cannot sit there and let someone make those kinds of disgusting jokes around me
