tylenol helped me a ton, the first few weeks were the toughest for me. i switched to new aligners before bed too so that i'd (hopefully) sleep through the worst of the pain

that is a good idea of when to switch them as i'm expecting the headaches and that would sure help some of it
i didn't ever find it that PAINFUL but the first two weeks felt like my teeth were itchy or something insane i can't describe, i took a lot of naps during those times and unfortunately just had to wait it out - but after that it was very easy for me and i swear it was very worth it. good luck anon!
