i was going through old journals to see if i wanted to save anything and delete the ones i know i'm not gonna use again and i remembered that apparently i gave this character the same name as some z list indie musician and someone in the comm was constantly making jokes about it and half of them were like "oh hey steve smith (but not the famous one)" which got old really fast but were kind of funny at first and the other half were so awkward and blurry like "why didn't your parents google your name to make sure it wasn't already someone's name when they picked it? i know he wasn't famous until you were already in your 20s but he kinda WAS famous when you got named you know? you know what i mean? why didn't the person who named you look it up?" and the "famous" steve smith had like 500 monthly listeners on spotify
