create. it used to be update or placeholder every 3 weeks, now you have to update once every calendar month with no placeholders and you need to be active on the fp or else be up for override, i am fairly active on the fp but go through periods where i won't comment for weeks at a time because of work but i am still able to update on time, fuck me i guess
