no one is entitled to stay in a sl because their slp tanked at their job due to rp addiction, secondly from what their slp said it's clear this person was difficult and not communicating anything clearly and their slp tried to talk about it with them and ultimately ended it because they showed no interest in addressing the issues
sounds like my ex-slp who basically stopped interacting with me ic and claimed ooc they had tons of issues but were plenty active and interested in other characters they had in the community and when i ended it they pretended i wasn't sympathetic to their ooc plights that had nothing to do with why i ended it
